The property is located approximately 100 meters from the main village parking lot (next to the church). Driving into Fiscardo, pass the Fiscardo Bay Hotel (orange hue coloured buidling), carry on straight ahead with the main parking lot on your left. At the end of the road turn left, carry on down towards the STOP, right turn here, and straight ahead approximately 100 mteres on the right is Faros Suites.
1)PAYMENT POLICY: Credit card details required at time of suite reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to guest's arrival. Full amount of stay will be charged after free cancellation expiry date. In case of pre-authorisation failure , the hotel reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation. 2)CANCELLATION POLICY: - Relevant Cancellation Policy is attached to Rate Type/Suite Type/Season period for reservation made by guest/OTA/Travel Agent. Please read carefully. 3)Local Rates and Taxes VAT 13% included in rates quoted. Rates/discounts can change daily, based on availability of rooms/season/length of stay. Govt room tax E2.00 per day - Law 4389/2016 NOT Incl in rates. Charges may be incurred after check out if not settled at reception upon check out. 4)Rates are per Suite (Max 2 adults). Guests arriving after check in date are charged according to dates booked, and not stayed. Regrettably no exceptions made. Min Stay 3 nights. 5)All suites accommodate maximum two (2) persons per suite, each suite offers a double bed - Queen size. 6)Regrettably no pets are permitted. 7)CHECK IN time: 15:00 - CHECK OUT time: 11:00 noon. Use of the Suite after 12 noon will be charged at 50% daily rate. Guests are requested to note Check in/Check out times. 8)Housekeeping 09:00 - 14:00 daily. 9)Lost/non-returned keys are subject to a Euro 50.00 charge. 10)TRANSPORT TO & FROM FAROS SUITES ARE GUESTS CHARGE . Faros Suites regrettably does not undertake transfers from airports, ports etc. Transfer charges are guests responsibility. 11)Payment Terms: Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard & Amex (Amex subject to 2.0% surcharge). Bank transfers in full prior to arrival. Cash payments: Euro only. 12)Municipal car park located 50 meters from the villa. No charge. Faros Suites also offers 6 spaces - not covered . 13)Villa facilities & amenities are for guests use exclusively. Regrettably non registered guests are not permitted to enter the property or use any facilities. Registered guests have paid for the exclusive use of any facility offered by the property. 14)IMPORTANT NOTICE: Myrtos A.xe.t.e.e. reserves the right to alter rates/discounts/taxes, policies and information without prior notification. Information in the Terms & Conditions listed here replaces/supersedes any outdated information on websites/brochures & other marketing material run/linked by any third party/to Myrtos A.xe.t.e.e. Guests accept information sent to Myrtos A.xe.t.e.e. is at their own risk. Myrtos A.xe.t.e.e. cannot guarantee security of sensitive information it receives. Myrtos A.xe.t.e.e is not responsible for content on external websites. 15)Guests departing with early flights/ferries are requested to settle any other outstanding balance other than room charge the day before departure. 16)Damages to property will be charged to guests' final bill. Items left at the property will only be returned via registered courier at clients cost. 17)Faros Suites is regrettably not suited to guests with mobility difficulties. Stairs are prevalent due to the villa being listed as a heritage protected building. 18)Guestroom photos are representative of actual rooms & may not be exact. Faros Suites pool is for Faros Suites guest's use only. Guest's cannot make use of Faros Residence pool. Each property's pool is reserved strictly for it's own guest's. 19)IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is not liable for any refund for any cancellation/changes in schedules made by the airline / ferry line / transfer company to schedules made by transfer company at their sole discretion. The property is not liable for any cost of the sudden/unscheduled changes made by transfer companies. Clients who experience the unscheduled change/s in schedule should make a claim for compensation from the airline / ferry / transfer company for the loss of the night or nights missed that the airline / ferry / transfer company has forced clients to incur due to their failure to meet the scheduled flight / ferry / transfer as booked by you, their customer. Any event (Force Majeure) beyond the control of the property e.g: adverse weather, strikes, fires, floods, govt related events/regulations and any similar events which affect travel plans, guest must seek compensation from transfer company/insurance providers.
