The property is composed by nine furnished apartments and it is situated at the side of a Hill overlooking the port of Parikia. The apartments have a living room with an equiped kitchenette a separate bedroom and a bathroom (4 persons capacity), while two apartments have an extra living room with a sofa bed 6 persons capacity). Seven units are distributed on the ground floor while two are situated on the first floor. Externally there is a pool with a wide garden area and a private carpark.
