Maximum Suite Capacity Up to 4 guests are allowed Children policy Children are welcome. Accommodation for children under 2 years of age is free of charge. Baby cot is available upon request. The maximum number of baby cots in certain suites is 1. Extra beds are not provided in the suite. Check-In / Out Policy Check-in time: 15:00 - 23:00 | Check-out time: 11:00 Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of the villa. If guests wish to delay their departure, the cost of keeping the suite until 18:00 is 50% of the cost of the night's stay. If guests wish to use the suite until 21:00, the cost will be 100% of the cost of the suite. In case of early departure during the stay, the paid amount of the reservation is nonrefundable. If someone wishes to book more than one suite, the cost of accommodation in these suites must be paid separately. If one or more of the suites are cancelled or the dates are changed, this will not be offset against the remaining suites in the reservation. Cancellation policy After the expiry of the free cancellation period (i.e. 30 days), the paid amount of the reservation is non-refundable.  Only the declared number of people of the reservation can stay in the suite. In case of no-show, the paid amount of the reservation is non-refundable. Material Damage Policy a. for Individuals The amount of 200€ will be pre-authorized at the expiration of the free cancellation period on the credit card used by the guest to make the reservation. Upon arrival in the suite, its good condition is confirmed to the hospitality manager. This amount is released upon departure, provided there is no material damage. b. for Travel Agencies Travel Agencies need to provide the accommodation manager with their customer's credit card details in order to pre-authorise the amount mentioned, at the expiration of the free cancellation period. Covid-19 policy Coocono Villas applies all necessary measures in accordance with the guidelines of the National Health Management Organization, to ensure that the stay on site is completely safe (disinfection, ventilation of the area, absolute cleanliness of rooms and public areas, use of masks and gloves by staff).
