To ensure a high-quality experience for all our guests, our property operates under a “Quiet-Stay” Philosophy. By confirming your reservation and checking in, you agree to comply with the following regulations. 1. Quite-Stay Charm Hotel is dedicated to providing a serene and relaxing environment. Overall Quiet Ambiance: Guests are expected to maintain a quiet and respectful atmosphere at all times throughout the property. Noise that disturbs the peace of others, whether in rooms, balconies, or common areas—is not permitted. Mindful Conduct: While we want you to enjoy your stay, we ask that you remain mindful of your noise volume during the day and especially during traditional rest hours (23:00 – 07:00 and 15:00 – 17:30). Social Gatherings: Our rooms and common areas are designed for relaxation. Our hotel is not suitable for parties, social events, or loud gatherings. 2. Group Booking Policy (2+ Rooms) To protect the hotel’s character and the comfort of other guests, the following applies to all groups: No-Party Rule: Organizing parties or gatherings with music and excessive noise within the rooms or public areas is strictly prohibited. External Visitors: For security and privacy, only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Visitors must depart the premises by 21:00. Security Deposit: The hotel reserves the right to require a security deposit upon arrival for group bookings. This is fully refundable at check-out, provided no damages or policy violations have occurred. 3. Damages & Property Care Liability: Guests are held financially responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person they are responsible for. Payment: Any damages must be paid in full at the price determined by the hotel before departure. In case of refusal, legal intervention will be sought. Towels: Room towels are NOT allowed for outside use (Pools, Beach, etc.) 4. Room Policies & Safety Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden in all indoor areas and guest rooms. Pets: Pets are not allowed (certified service animals are exempt). Hazardous Goods: Bringing or storing hazardous, combustible, or illegal items is strictly prohibited. This includes illegal drugs, weapons, or flammable objects. CCTV: For the safety of our guests and property, a CCTV system is active in all common areas. 5.Check-In & Check-Out Policy Check-In: Standard check-in time starts at 3:00PM. Early Check-In: Possible only if the room has been cleaned and made ready by the housekeeping team following the previous guests’ departure. Late Arrivals: For arrivals after reception hours (after 19:30), check-in is handled via Self Check-in procedures, either online or via filling the dedicated document you will find upon your arrival. Check-Out: Standard check-out time is until 11:30AM. Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and must be requested in advance at the reception. Storage: We offer a luggage storage area for guests arriving early or departing late. 6. Services & Logistics Reception: Available from 08:00 – 19:30. For after-hours emergencies, contact us at +30 6983815763 (Phone or WhatsApp). Housekeeping (10:00 – 13:00): Fresh towels: Every 2 stays. Linen & towel change: Every 4 stays. Breakfast (08:00 – 10:00): Buffet refill stops at 09:45. Breakfast must be consumed only in the restaurant. Packing or taking food away is prohibited. Settlement of Bills: All bills and mini-bar consumption must be settled before departure. Failure to disclose mini-bar usage is considered a violation of our terms. 7. Termination of Hospitality Charm Hotel prides itself on its peaceful environment. The management reserves the right to refuse further hospitality and immediately evict any guest or group that: Disrupts the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. Violates the No-Party policy. Behaves disrespectfully toward other guests or staff. In the event of eviction due to rule violations, no refund will be issued.
