Departing from Heraklion Airport please follow the signs toward Agios Nikolaos. This is a new National Road (E-75) , and you do not change direction (straight ahead) until the first traffic lights. Please note that you will reach these traffic lights  at approximately 15 minutes after you pass NEAPOLI. At traffic lights you turn left and after 150m at the 2nd traffic lights you turn right towards Elounda. At around 12km driving with no change direction you meet Elounda harbor on your right hand side, you pass the parking area of Elounda and you follow the sign towards Plaka. At  around 4,5km driving with the sea on your right hand side, you will find our Stone Beach House and the pebble beach of Plaka. You continue upwards and at around 250m from the beach you will see the Cayo Exclusive Resort & Spa on your right hand side.

Dear Valued Guest, Regarding the use of cash for payments at the hotel or its outlets,  we would like to inform you that our Hotel is fully compliant with Greek Law 3842/2010 Article 20  which clearly states that all receipts or invoices whose value is higher or equal to the amount of 500.00€ including the VAT charges, can not be paid by cash, but only by one of the following methods of payment. A valid debit/credit card, A wireless bank transfer, or An E-commerce order. Therefore, if any payment occurs upon arrival, departure, or during your stay at our hotel, over 500.00 euros, please use one of the valid payment methods complying with Greek law.
