We strongly recommend you to have a travel insurance policy covering weather relation issues Please note that the Island and the hotel are not equipped to welcome customers with impaired mobility, there are many steps and narrow streets with uneven pavement on property and in town.   Payment Policy: For refundable rates, the two first nights are taken at time of booking as refundable deposit. See Cancellation Policy below. For non-refundable rates, the full payment has to be paid to confirm the room and is not refundable. See Cancellation Policy below. All outstanding charges must be paid in full on check-out to the Hotel Cancellation Policy: For refundable rates: Up to and including 21 days before arrival: NO CHARGE, deposit will be returned by bank transfer. 20 days or less before arrival day: the deposit (2 nights) will be charged. For non-refundable rates: No refund possible, the entire amount will be charged. We have a flexible dates policy, subject to room type availability and if the number of nights is the same as booked initially. The Hotel accepts no liability and will not refund the deposit in case of ferries or flights delays/cancellations. Please refer to our flexible dates policy. In the event of Force Majeure, our General Terms & Conditions apply. Rates are valid at the time of Reservation. Rates are revised periodically at the Hotel discretion. Important notice: A reservation is considered cancelled only when the Hotel receives the cancellation through Webhotelier. Changes to any bookings must be made in writing. No amendments are guaranteed until written confirmation is provided by the hotel. Rate variations may apply, depending on the nature of the change. Additional policies and fees may apply when booking more than 3 rooms as this will be considered a group booking. The Hotel reserves the right to preauthorize cards provided for payment. *Important Information: Kindly note that if the case of any type of prepayment, you are obliged by Hotel policy to present to the Front Desk on check-in, the Credit Card used, along with your ID or passport for verification. The credit card used must be under the name of one of the residents. Otherwise, your credit card won't be accepted.
