From Skiathos Airport (JSI): To reach Capella Town Skiathos from the airport, you have two convenient options: Option 1: By Taxi Taxis are readily available right outside the airport terminal. Simply tell the driver that you’d like to go to Capella Town Skiathos, Evangelistrias Street. The ride takes around 10 minutes and costs approximately €10–15. It’s the most convenient and comfortable way to reach us directly. Option 2: By Bus A local bus stop is located just outside the airport. Board the bus heading toward Skiathos Town and let the driver know that you’d like to get off at Stop 3 (opposite Sklavenitis supermarket). From there, walk back a short distance and turn onto Evangelistrias Street (on your right). Continue walking until you reach the third intersection — Evangelistrias & Karaiskaki Street. Capella Town Skiathos is located on the corner to your right. This is an affordable option, though less convenient if you have heavy luggage. From the Port of Skiathos (on foot) From the main port, walk north along Papadiamanti Street, the island’s central shopping and banking street. At the intersection with Evangelistrias Street, turn right — you’ll see the shop Lalaro on the corner. Continue walking west until you reach the small grocery store MINI STOP. Just 20 meters ahead, at the intersection of Evangelistrias & Karaiskaki Street, you’ll find Capella Town Skiathos. The entrance is on Karaiskaki Street, on your left-hand side.

Check-in and Check-out Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability, with an additional fee. Payment and Deposit We accept major credit cards and cash. A refundable security deposit of €30 is required upon check-in to cover potential damages. It will be returned upon check-out after inspection of the room. Room Rates and Taxes Room rates are subject to change without notice. Rates do not include the Climate Resilience Tax, payable upon arrival (€2.00 per night from March to October and €0.50 per night from November to February). Guest Responsibilities Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other guests and property. Any damages or loss may result in additional charges. Occupancy Limits Maximum occupancy per room is defined by the room type. Additional guests may be accommodated upon request and may incur an extra charge. Force Majeure The property is not responsible for events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters or acts of God. Complaints and Disputes Guests are encouraged to address any concerns promptly with hotel staff. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with Greek law. Termination of Stay The property reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a guest’s stay in case of violation of hotel policies. Local Laws and Regulations Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations during their stay. Dishwashing Policy Guests are kindly requested to wash any dishes or kitchenware used during their stay. Cleaning supplies are provided for this purpose. Towels & Linens If a towel or bed linen is found unusually stained or damaged beyond use, a replacement fee of €20.00 will apply. Third-Party Services Certain services, such as scooter rentals or airport transfers, may be provided by external partners.
