1. Cape 9 complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) (EU 2016/679). As per our privacy policy, guests upon arrival are required to: provide identification confirmation documents (id, passport etc.) produce the credit card used to make their reservation, for the purpose of cross reference the name of the reservation (or the name of any other member of the family/ group present for check-in) to the name of the cardholder. In case the reservation was made by a virtual card or via a third party (e.g. travel agency) the hotel reserves the right to request for a valid credit card for the purpose of security and completion of the guest’s file. 2. All prepaid & non refundbale offers are in non modification /cancellation policy. Any future change at the rates that the hotel is offering, will not be reflected or accepted in any already booked reservation. That means that all agreed rates cannot be modified, either higher or lower depending on the actual rate that is displayed on the website. The hotel is not obligated to accept any rate modification based on any new rates applied after a reservation has been done, as we reserve the right to modify the rates accoding to the hotel's policy. 3.Extra person policy. People 2 years old and over stay for EUR 100.00 per person per night.
