Located in total nature... On one of the last unspoiled areas in the most northern part of Zakynthos. We are located on the northern side of Zakynthos; the most beautiful and tranquil area of the island. We are 30 km from the main town and the airport and 3 km from the small port of Agios Nikolaos, which is connecting Zakynthos with Kefalonia (1 hour by ferry boat), there you can find plenty of choices of local taverns, cafes and you can do shopping. Our villa is on a private plot of land of over 40.000 sqm with a breathtaking panoramic view of the sea and the North Western part of the Island (Alikes, Alikanas) and Kefalonia. The villas are by the seaside and have direct access to the sea and legendary, impressive Priest's Cave. An entrance to the cave has been constructed with great care, consisting of vertical tunnel leading to the interior of the cave and leading to the sea. Directions to Blue Caves Villas You have to take the road from Zakynthos town to Volimes and after to follow the signs to St. Nikolas Port of Volimes (30km).   On the way you will pass through Katastari. About 4 km after (up the hill) you will see a sign – St. Nickolas Port, here you have to turn to the right. Follow the way down, parallel to the sea all the way (about 10 km) to Agios Nikolaos Port. Once you reach Agios Nikolaos port please give a call to Mr. Giorgos Nikolouzos +30 6932469717 he can lead you through the last 2km.
