Upon arrival at the Makrinitsa bus stop, it's about a 10-minute uphill walk to the guesthouse. Follow the signs directing you towards the Byzantine Museum. The path is well-marked and offers a scenic walk through the traditional village. 🚖 By Taxi from Volos For a more direct route, you can take a taxi from the center of Volos to the guesthouse. Inform the driver to take you to the unnamed road in Makrinitsa where the museum is situated. The taxi ride should take about 20 minutes, depending on traffic. 🚗 By Car If you're driving, head towards Makrinitsa via the main road from Volos. As you approach the village, look for signs directing you to the Byzantine Museum. The guesthouse is approximately 500 meters from the main square of Makrinitsa. 🚶 On Foot If you're already in Makrinitsa, the guesthouse is easily accessible on foot. From the main square, take the path leading towards the museum which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the square.
