Payment policy Payment policy is clearly stated in the name of rate that you have selected: If you have selected Flexible Rate then you are able to cancel your reservation free of any charge until 7 days from you arrival date. In case of no-show 100% of the total amount will be charged. If you have selected Semi-Flex Rate then you are able to cancel your reservation free of any charge up to 21 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellation within the 21 days window or in case of no-show 100% of the total amount will be charged. If you have selected Non-Refundable Rate then you are not eligable for any refund at any time after you finalise your reservation. In case of no-show 100% of the total amount will be charged. For all policies, no-shows are charged 100% cancellation fees. In case the guest fails to complete the payment according to the payment policy, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.  Check-in policy Check-in time: 14:00 Check-out time: 11:30 Please note the following: Consumption of food or drinks in common areas and hallways of the hotel is not allowed.
