From the airport, one should follow the signs towards Agio Oros (Halkidiki), then turn into Nea Roda town and follow the signs towards Avaton Luxury Villas Resort. By proceeding with a reservation, I hereby declare that all information provided is accurate and complete, and I voluntarily acknowledge, understand, and unconditionally accept all terms and conditions outlined below: All the rates do not include stay over tax 2.00 euro/night/room which will be paid at the hotel. Rates are valid at the time of Reservation. Rates are revised periodically to the Hotel discretion. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation. In the unpleasant event that credit card is invalid at the time of pre-authorization or deposit charge, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation. Guests may provide a correct credit card upon direct communication with the hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize cards At the time of the booking, the client accepts that the deposit will be charged upon the confirmation of the reservation and that the remaining balance, if any, will be charged according to the days and percentages mentioned in the cancellation policy of the particular rates the client has booked. Upon check in the guest agrees to provide a valid credit card for guarantee purposes which will be saved in a 3d secure way. In case the guest does not wish to provide their credit card number as a guarantee, they are required to prepay the full amount of their stay along with a deposit of €100 per person per night to cover extras and potential damages. Early departures, cancellations, no-shows are charged with the total amount of the initial reservation and extras to the guest’s credit card. Pets are NOT allowed. Violations may result in cleaning fees, damage charges, and eviction with full cancellation fees.  Kids policy: Kids below 2 years old are considered infants and stay for free. Any guest 2-12 is considered as a child. For guests over 12 years old, adult charges apply.  Check in time: 15.00-23.20, check out time: 08.00-11.00. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur fees. The hotel reserves the right to access the room after check-out time and prepare it for the next guest. Guests authorize the property to charge his card for damages or unpaid balances. Financial responsibility of the guest remains even if a third party fails to pay. Avaton Luxury Beach Resort does not have any responsibility in case anyone is infected with covid-19 during his stay. Staff may enter rooms without notice for safety, maintenance, or emergencies, even with a “Do Not Disturb” sign. Liability Waiver: Guest accepts full responsibility for their personal safety and belongings during their stay and use of property facilities at their own risk. They hold the property, its staff, and management harmless from any claims arising from their own actions or failure to follow safety rules. Parents/ guardians are fully and exclusively responsible for supervising minors at all times. The property is not liable for any injuries, damages, loss, or accidents. Lost & Found are held for 14 days and returned upon request. Unclaimed items are discarded. The property bears no liability thereafter. Guests are solely responsible for valuables; the property is not liable for items left outside the in-room safe. We welcome honest feedback. Guests agree not to post defamatory claims without evidence against the property, its services, or staff. Threats of negative reviews in exchange for benefits are not tolerated. The property reserves the right to take legal action in cases of reputational harm or attempted extortion. Any concerns should be reported to management. Noise and music are not permitted in rooms, pool, or terrace areas. Noise must remain within hotel-defined limits. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited indoors. Drug use is strictly forbidden under Greek Law 4139/2013 and may result in legal action and fines. Wi-Fi is for lawful use only. The hotel is not liable for damages or losses resulting from its use. Misuse may result in access termination and legal consequences. Under EU GDPR, personal data is securely processed for operational and legal purposes. CCTV is used in common areas.
