Check-in time starts after 15:00 on the day of the arrival. Check-out time ends before 11:00 on the day of the departure. Cleaning service is available between 10:00 and 17:00. In case of late check-out, without notice at least 4 hours prior to official departure, semi-stay’s cost applies. In case of earlier departure than the booked check-out date, no refundable is available. Smoking is not allowed in the building. Parties are not allowed in the suites/maisonettes nor in the pool area. I will respect the cleanliness and the good condition of common areas and of my suite/maisonette. I will respect the quiet hours throughout the building and in the pool area. I will have switched off all the electric appliances every time before I leave my suite/maisonette. I will not let my underage child / children without surveillance in common areas nor in the pool. Pool is open daily from 07:00 till sunset. The hotel is not responsible for any thief may happen inside the suite/maisonette I booked. I will provide the hotel with the details required of all guests of my suite/maisonette. I authorize the hotel to charge my card a deposit up to 300,00 euros, in case of damage that is proven caused by me (fees depend on the damage – proof is provided by the hotel). I authorize the hotel to charge my card extra services, I may use or for occasional balance. I authorize the hotel to send me offers to my email address. Visitors that are not registered as guests nor are included in the official reservation, are not allowed to enter the suite/maisonette reserved.
