For refundable / flexible / Best available rate reservations: If cancelled up to 15 days before the date of arrival; No cancellation fees will be charged. If cancelled 14 days or less before the date of arrival; 100% of the stay’s total amount will be charged. If the reservation is cancelled on day 0 [check-in date] and in cases of no-show; 100% of the cost of the stay is charged as a cancellation fee In case of early departure; 100% of the remaining costs of the reservation will be charged as a cancellation fee Payment policies For non-refundable / discount rate reservations: We understand that your travel plans may change after your reservation at our hotel, but your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. Therefore, in case of cancellation, modification, no-show or early departure, your credit card will be nevertheless charged with the reservation's total amount at the time of the booking and no refunds will be applicable for this rate. For refundable / flexible / Best available rate reservations: 100% of the total amount of your reservation is due at the expiration of your free cancellation period. This reservation must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. Once the reservation is completed, the Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the provided credit card.
