Terms and Conditions of Stay Please read the following terms carefully before booking and/or staying at our hotel. 1. Payment & Cancellation Policy (by season) To ensure transparency and organization, the hotel applies different payment and cancellation policies depending on the booking period. LOW SEASON (April – May, up to June 15 and from September 15 to October 31) Payments: • 30% deposit upon booking • 70% balance payable upon arrival Cancellations: • The deposit is non-refundable. • The booking can be rescheduled to another date (subject to availability), provided the change is made at least 8 days prior to arrival. • For cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or no-shows, 100% of the booking amount is charged. HIGH SEASON (June 16 to September 14, including public holidays and festive periods) Payments: • 50% deposit upon booking • 50% balance payable upon arrival Cancellations: • The deposit is non-refundable. • For cancellations within 15 days of arrival, 100% of the booking amount is charged. General Conditions: • In all seasons, if the number of nights is reduced after the booking has been confirmed (either before or during the stay), 100% of the original booking amount will be charged. For Bank Transfer payment: • If the deposit is paid via bank transfer, the payment must be completed within the agreed time frame and proof of payment must be sent to the hotel via email. • If proof of payment is not submitted on time, the booking may be canceled even if the payment has been made on time. 2. Check-in / Check-out Hours • Check-in: From 15:00 to 22:00 • Check-out: By 11:00 Late check-out is subject to availability and is charged as follows: • Until 16:00: 50% of the nightly rate • After 16:00: 100% of the nightly rate 3. Smoking Policy • All rooms and indoor hotel areas are strictly non-smoking. • A €250 cleaning fee applies in case of violation. 4. Damages & Responsibilities • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or common areas during their stay. • The hotel is not responsible for the loss of personal items unless they have been deposited for safekeeping at the reception. 5. Pet Policy (Summary) • One small pet (up to 10kg) is allowed per room, with a charge of €25 per pet per booking. • A credit card guarantee is required upon check-in. • Service animals for guests with disabilities are always welcome and are exempt from the above restrictions. Group Bookings & Partnerships • For bookings of more than 5 rooms, as well as for travel agencies or corporate partnerships, different cancellation and pricing policies apply. • Please contact the hotel management directly for further information and collaboration terms. 7. General Terms • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest’s credit card prior to arrival in order to validate the reservation. Terms and Conditions Loyalty Club Points are automatically calculated with each stay and added to your profile. The free night for Apollon Elite level is offered once, by redeeming all accumulated points. Redemption must be requested by the guest and is subject to availability during low season. Benefits such as early check-in, late check-out, and free transfer are subject to availability and require prior communication. Discounts and benefits apply only to bookings made through the hotel's official booking engine. The hotel reserves the right to modify or suspend the program without prior notice.
