The plot is located at Paroikia – airport axis, just 5 km from Parikia and 5 km from the airport, in a dominant hillside position in the Gulf of St. Irene, only 500 meters from the beach, and has unobstructed unique view to Antiparos, Sifnos and Serifos islands, with an amazing sunset view.
