Amara Luxury Villas – Guest Policy & Terms of Stay To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful experience for all guests, the following policies apply without exception: No Parties or Events • Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited at any time. • Violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Maximum Occupancy Limits • Each villa has a designated maximum occupancy that must not be exceeded. • Only guests registered at the time of booking may stay overnight. • Unauthorized occupants are grounds for reservation cancellation or penalties. Minimum Age Requirement • The primary guest must be at least 21 years of age to rent a villa independently. • A valid government-issued photo ID may be required at check-in. Quiet Hours (Local Law Compliance) • Loud noise is prohibited by law during the following hours: ▪ 15:00 – 17:30 ▪ 23:00 – 08:00 • Breaches may lead to legal complaints or cancellation of your stay. Swimming Pool Use • No lifeguard is on duty — use of pools is at your own risk. • Constant supervision of children is mandatory. • All pools have a uniform depth of 1.50 meters. • Diving is strictly forbidden. Guest Liability & Damages • Guests are financially responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning. • Associated costs will be charged to the credit card on file. Use of Bicycles • Bicycles are complimentary for registered Amara guests only. • Guests must ride responsibly and with caution, particularly on public roads. • Use is at the guest’s own risk.
