A refundable security deposit of €2,500 is required upon arrival. This amount is pre-authorized on the guest's credit card at check-in to cover any potential damages incurred during the stay. The pre-authorization hold will be released within 7 days following the guest’s departure, provided no damages, loss, or excessive cleaning fees are required. By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to the following: Authorization: A valid credit card must be presented at check-in for the pre-authorization. No funds are debited unless damages or additional costs are confirmed after departure. Inspection: Our team inspects the villa before and after each stay to ensure its condition. Release of Hold: If no damages or additional charges apply, the pre-authorization hold will be released within 7 days. However, the exact timeframe for funds to reappear may vary depending on the guest’s bank. Charges: In the case of damages, loss, or additional cleaning fees, the guest will be notified, and necessary charges will be applied.
