From Mykonos Airport The distance from Mykonos Airport is approximately 4.5 kilometers (2.9miles). Turn right to exit from the airport and drive straight. Γενικοί Όροι

NUMBER OF GUESTS: Only the guests stated in Section 3 may reside at the Property at any time. Should PROPERTY MANAGER find more persons residing at the Property, it will be entitled to ask any non-declared guest to vacate the Property and/or cancel this rental agreement with immediate effect, applying penalty equal to 100% on the Gross Rent, stated in Section 3, payable by the Tenant.    ROOMING LIST: For health and security reasons, full name list along with passports/IDs copies of each Tenant and/or Guests is obligatory to be sent to the PROPERTY seven (7) days prior to check-in. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIME DUE TO COVID-19 HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Check-in time is from 16:00pm to 20:00pm. Check-out time is strictly before 11:00am. In case of flight delays or inconvenience while travelling, Tenant is responsible for contacting the PROPERTY MANAGER seeking to make new check-in or check-out arrangements. PROPERTY MANAGER does not assure early check-ins or late check-outs, unless confirmed in advance. For early check-in between 09:00am - 16:00pm and/or late check-out between 11:00am – 18:00pm, an additional charge of 50% of 1 overnight (non- commissionable) may be payable to the PROPERTY MANAGER. For early check in before 09:00am or late check-out after 18:00pm, an additional charge of 1 overnight (non- commissionable) is payable to the PROPERTY MANAGER.  COMPLAINTS: The Tenant has checked the Property and finds it appropriate and corresponding to the expected description, capacity, amenities, and design. The PROPERTY MANAGER does not accept any responsibility for the shortage of water supply, gas, or electricity, for problems of the sewer’ s function, or for any internet inadequacy and/or Wi- Fi malfunction, due to general causes, nor for any event beyond its reasonable control. The PROPERTY MANAGER will do its best to assist guests and resolve such problems as soon as possible. If guests have any complaint during their stay, they should immediately contact PROPERTY MANAGER. Complaints lodged at the end of the rental period will not be taken into consideration. If Tenant decides to leave the Property earlier without PROPERTY MANAGER’s approval, TENANT shall be charged for all number of nights stated in Section 3 and shall not be entitled to any eventual refund, compensation, or rebate. SECURITY DEPOSIT: The Tenant is required to make a Security Deposit prior to Check In, in the form of an authorization to charge either a credit or debit card up to the specific amount. Upon Tenant’s Check-Out, PROPERTY MANAGER shall inspect the Property for eventual damages, missing items or anything out of the ordinary that could have been caused by the Tenant or any person residing or invited in the Property. PROPERTY MANAGER shall prepare a check list indicating any such items/event as well as respective costs and expenses and shall notify Tenant within 3 days of departure. The Agent has the right to be present at the inspection of the PROPERTY upon Tenant’ s Check-Out and co-sign the relative check list, otherwise the absence of the Agent during the inspection equals to the Agent’s unconditional acceptance of the result of the PROPERTY MANAGER’s inspection as described in the relative check-list that shall be prepared. PROPERTY MANAGER shall return or release the Security Deposit within 10 days of departure provided no costs or expenses of any kind are left unpaid, for whatever reason whatsoever. The Security Deposit will not be returned or released until all costs or expenses have been fully paid. BEHAVIOUR, ILLEGAL ITEMS & DAMAGES TO THE PROPERTY: During the term of this rental, Tenant is fully responsible for the correct and decent behavior of all persons residing or invited into the Property, as well as in the case these persons bring illegal or highly dangerous items or materials in the Property (including but not limited to guns, substances etc.). Tenant is fully responsible for any loss or damage that may be caused to the Property or its contents, including, but not limited to repairs or replacements. Tenant is, also, fully responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to any restricted area of the Property and/or the Resort of which the Property is part of (including but not limited to any area with the indication “Staff Only”) that he/she or any Guest enter without granted permission. Tenant hereby authorizes PROPERTY MANAGER to charge his/her credit or debit card with any amount payable against loss or damage to the Property and/or to the Resort and/or to withhold such amount from the Security Deposit deposited with the PROPERTY MANAGER in case the Tenant and/or any other person residing or invited in the Property, behave disrespectfully or causes serious loss or damage to the Property and/or the Resort. In such case PROPERTY MANAGER will be entitled to ask Tenant to vacate the Property and/or cancel this rental agreement with immediate effect, applying penalty equal to 100% on the Gross Rent stated in Section 3, payable by the Tenant. ENTERTAINING AT THE PROPERTY: Entertainment, parties and functions involving use of sound systems not provided by the Resort or/and a larger number of invitees, exceeding the maximum number of guests stated in Section 3, are strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by PROPERTY MANAGER (venue fees may apply). Should Tenant make unauthorized use of the Property in such a way, PROPERTY MANAGER will be entitled to ask Tenant to vacate the Property and/or cancel this rental agreement with immediate effect, applying penalty equal to 100% on the Gross Rent stated in Section 3, payable by the Tenant. DISTURBANCE OF OTHER GUESTS OF THE PROPERTY: PROPERTY MANAGER reserves the right to ask the Tenant and/or a Guest to leave the Property, and if necessary to remove the Tenant and/or a Guest, if he/she is causing a disturbance or behaving in an unacceptable manner, thus affecting other guests, and staff of the Property. GUEST INJURY DISCLAIMER: PROPERTY MANAGER cannot be held responsible for any accident or injuries that may occur to the Tenant or any and all guests during their stay at the Property under any circumstances. PROPERTY MANAGER recommends that all guests hold personal insurance for accidental damage and personal liability. MATERIAL DAMAGES DISCLAIMER: PROPERTY MANAGER cannot be held responsible for any accident or material damages that may occur to the Tenant’s or any and all guests’ belongings during their stay at the Property under any circumstances. The term belongings includes any owned and/or rented vehicle. PROPERTY MANAGER recommends that all guests hold respective insurance for accidental damage and liability. CHILDREN POLICY: Children are generally accepted at the Property. It is the parents’ or guardians’ responsibility to monitor all children at all times due to potential dangers of uncovered swimming pools, cliffs, traffic on and around the Property, and other potentially foreseeable or unforeseeable dangers. PETS: Pets are not accepted on the Property. Should unauthorized pets be found on the premises, PROPERTY MANAGER reserves the right, at its own discretion, either to (a) cancel the booking without any remuneration to the Tenant, or (b) charge an additional daily rate at 50% of the daily rate of the Property. SWIMMING POOL: The swimming pool will be kept clean and operational by the property staff and will receive professional maintenance as often as needed. The PROPERTY MANAGER provides pool towels for guests staying at the Property. Beach towels are not provided. An extra charge applies for heating (or cooling in the case of Villa Olympia) the pool. Guests are requested to strictly follow the rules regarding the use of the pool. These rules are posted in the pool area of each villa. The PROPERTY MANAGER bears no responsibility for the direct or indirect consequences of any use of the pool that is not in accordance with these pool use rules. ROOF/PERGOLAS:  Accessing the roofs or the pergolas is strictly prohibited. In case of breach of the as above rule the guest undertakes full liability for any material and/or other damages that may occur as a result of this use. A penalty of €350 shall be imposed for each such incident. DOCK: For reasons of safety, security and proper operation of AGL Luxury Villas Resort, the dock cannot be used by the Tenant and/or Guests without prior notification and approval of the authorized personnel of the PROPERTY MANAGER. Otherwise, it is at the discretion of the PROPERTY MANAGER’ s authorized personnel to refuse access for embarkation / disembarkation in the area. In case the Tenant and/or any of the Guests, make unauthorized use of the dock, in violation of this term, the Tenant will be charged with the amount of 150€ for each unauthorized use (either embarkation or disembarkation), and will be fully liable for any material and/or other damages that may occur as a result of this use. Tenant hereby authorizes PROPERTY MANAGER to charge his/her credit or debit card with any amount payable because of unauthorized use of the dock and/or because of material or other damages caused by the unauthorized use, and/or to withhold such amount from the Security Deposit deposited with the PROPERTY MANAGER. EXTRA MAID SERVICE: Should Tenant require extra maid service, he/she must advise PROPERTY MANAGER upon arrival so that charges can be quoted and included into Gross Rent. When such service is requested after arrival, PROPERTY MANAGER cannot secure availability at any time but will do its utmost to satisfy the request. Any quoted charges arranged locally must be paid locally and in advance. Tenant is not allowed to hire third party maid service unless authorized by PROPERTY MANAGER and entrance/visitor procedures are followed. PRE-STOCK SUPPLIES & ARRANGEMENTS: Any supplies (food, drinks, materials, kitchen equipment etc.) or prearrangements in the villas should be settled/arranged one day before the arrival of the Tenant. If the Property is already vacant at the day of the Tenant’ s arrival, then the catering will be done immediately. Otherwise, the relevant supplies will be given to the authorized personnel who will keep them safely and place them in the Property on the day of arrival. WATER & ELECTRICITY: Should guests experience a shortage of water, PROPERTY MANAGER will do everything possible to reestablish its supply. Electricity can also be disrupted, for a certain time. PROPERTY MANAGER will not be held responsible for any malfunctioning of its generators or desalination plant. PROPERTY MANAGER will do its utmost to correct any onsite issues as soon as possible. Property does not provide electric vehicle charging facilities and the use of the domestic sockets for this purpose is strictly forbidden. The Tenant will be charged with the amount of 200€ for each unauthorized use. INTERNET SERVICE: PROPERTY MANAGER provides Internet access via WIFI. PROPERTY MANAGER cannot guarantee it will be able to re-establish a connection in the case of a technical problem beyond its control, such as a faulty line from the local telecommunications provider. PROPERTY MANAGER will do its utmost to correct any onsite issues as soon as possible. PHOTOGRAPHY: Photographs or videos taken at the Property cannot be used or sold for profit or commercial activities without written authorization by PROPERTY MANAGER. SMOKING: Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited on the Property. Should the Tenant or any other person residing or invited in the Property not comply with this prohibition, or should any upholstery be found damaged by smoking anywhere, PROPERTY MANAGER reserves the right to charge a minimum fee of 500 € for cleaning the space and/or replacing its contents. ] VALUABLES: Valuables left at the Property are left at the Tenant's risk. The PROPERTY MANAGER (and the Property staff) cannot be held responsible for loss, misplacement, or robbery at any time. A safe is available on the Property. LOSSES, LIABILITES & INDEMNITIES: The Tenant shall indemnify and hold the PROPERTY MANAGER harmless against any and all claims or expenses suffered by the latter in connection with loss or damage caused by the Tenant and/or Guests to any part of the Property premises including fixtures, fittings and equipment or items under the responsibility of the PROPERTY MANAGER, and including any loss or damage caused by the aforementioned to the surroundings of AGL Luxury Villas Resort and/or any of its restricted areas they made unauthorized use of. ENTERING-EXITING THE PROPERTY & VISITOR POLICY: It is vital, for Tenant’s and guests’ own security and towards adhering to local laws, that all passports be shown the first time one enters the Property. PROPERTY MANAGER requires that all incoming guests are checked against a list (by name and age) of all guests residing in the Property. Outside visitors will be required to provide their name and credible proof of identity and will be announced to the Tenant prior to allowing the visitor onto the Property and will be accompanied by a member of the PROPERTY MANAGER’s staff until the visitor enters the Property. Tenant and/or guests may provide the names and expected arrival time of any visitor to the front desk should they do not want to be disturbed by a phone call. RIGHT OF REFUSAL: The PROPERTY MANAGER reserves the right to refuse the Tenant and/or any Guest entry and accommodation if any authorized personnel of the PROPERTY MANAGER considers in his/her reasonable opinion that the Guest is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances, or is behaving in a threatening, abusive or otherwise unacceptable manner RIGHT OF RELOCATION: In the very unlikely event the Property becomes unavailable on the dates requested as per the original booking, the PROPERTY MANAGER reserves the right to relocate the Tenant to a similar Villa of AGL Luxury Villas Resort, and if that is not possible, to an alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the same locality. The extra expenses incurred (for an equivalent room/accommodation) shall be paid by the PROPERTY MANAGER and exercised in favor of the Tenant. In such case the Tenant is not released of his/her obligation to pay the PROPERTY MANAGER the relevant agreed contracted Rates and PROPERTY MANAGER shall not have any other liability to the Tenant, and/or obligation towards him/her, which are hereby expressly excluded. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION: The PROPERTY MANAGER, is fully compliant with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation). PROPERTY MANAGER acts as a data controller solely for personal data that Tenant and/or Guests have previously provided expressly for this rental and Tenant and/or Guests grant the explicit consent to their use. In processing the aforementioned personal data, PROPERTY MANAGER proceeds to their storage for the filling of the arrival and departure list of this tourist accommodation, in accordance with the local legislation. PROPERTY MANAGER guarantees that it will not transmit, notify, concede, etc. any personal data to third parties for any purpose or use. Personal data may be disclosed to public bodies and / or judicial authorities within their competence, only when it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation. FORCE MAJEURE: In case of Force Majeure neither party shall be liable to the other for failure to fulfil its contractual obligation. GENERAL TERM: The as above booking terms and conditions apply in addition with the measures, terms and conditions that are displayed in the Property.
