Pelion Homes (Agios Georgios Nilias) – Directions & Location Arriving by car from Athens or Thessaloniki Volos is approximately 3.5 hours from Athens and 2.5 hours from Thessaloniki. After you pass the city of Volos, follow the road towards Argalasti via Agria and Lehonia. You will reach a junction with signs for Agios Vlassis, Agios Georgios Nilias, and Pinakates. Turn left and continue uphill towards the mountain villages. After the village of Agios Vlassis, and just before entering Agios Georgios Nilias, you will see a sign on the left for Taxiarchon Monastery. Turn left towards the monastery. Shortly after, you will notice a narrow uphill dirt road on your right, with a small sign pointing towards the houses. Follow this road for about 150 metres to reach your destination. Flying to Volos There is an international charter flight airport in Nea Anchialos, about 30km away from the city of Volos. From the airport, you can continue by car or taxi to Pelion.

We kindly ask guests to respect check-out times, as the property must be prepared for the next arrival. Cancellation Policy Cancellation terms vary depending on the rate plan booked. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy associated with your reservation. Occupancy The maximum number of guests allowed is clearly stated in your reservation details. For safety and comfort reasons, additional guests beyond the agreed capacity are not permitted unless approved in advance. In some cases, this may involve an additional charge. House Condition & Maintenance The villa is delivered clean, well-maintained, and fully functional. If you notice anything that needs attention during your stay, please let us know — we’re happy to assist. Safety & Pool Use All Pelion Homes properties are privately owned. Guests are responsible for their own safety and for supervising any children at all times. If your villa includes access to a private pool, please note: Children must always be supervised No diving is allowed at any time Pelion Homes cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings. Insurance & Force Majeure We strongly recommend that all guests arrange personal travel insurance to cover their stay. Pelion Homes cannot be held responsible for disruptions, cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, fires, earthquakes, strikes, governmental restrictions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge and accept that such circumstances may occur and agree that Pelion Homes bears no liability in these cases. Having appropriate travel insurance will help ensure peace of mind should unexpected situations arise.
