YOU The Kolona Concept harmoniously integrates, offering our guests the enjoyment of tranquility and uniqueness, as we have the privilege of being isolated from the noise of crowds. Here, part of our impeccable hospitality is an endless experience of exploration and discovery in the blue waters of the Aegean. Our luxurious inflatables await you at our private pier for excursions to nearby islands, visits to beaches accessible only by sea, underwater explorations, and unique moments at anchor with aperitifs and refined food. For boat owners, we provide free mooring at our pier and boat care services, while whichever room you choose for your stay, you always have a visual contact with your boat. With the ability to host from small boats to luxurious yachts, we are here to make your holidays as carefree, interesting, and unique.
Pets Policy

We truly love animals; however, for the comfort, hygiene, and experience of all our guests, pets are not allowed inside the rooms or private accommodation areas.

In the reception area and outdoor common spaces, which are open and fully connected to the natural surroundings, small pets are welcome to accompany their owners, provided they remain supervised.

As this is an open property immersed in nature, you may occasionally encounter local animals such as cats, goats, or sheep moving freely around the area. As part of the natural environment, it may not always be possible to keep them away. Thank you for your understanding and for embracing the authentic character of the place.
