This astonishing residential complex has four different suites. Nestled among white-washed cave houses and churches, it enjoys the traditional village of Karterados from its private terraces. Originally built in the late 18th century, it served as a wine press and residence. The old “canaves” have been transformed into spacious suites retaining the Cycladic authenticity.

Here the guest will encounter a place of calmness, originality, spirituality, and luxury all in harmony with natural preexisting forms dug into the volcanic soil. Utopia Villas offer a unique hospitality experience, influenced by the island of Santorini with beautiful touches of Cycladic authenticity.
