Villa Callista Fiskardo is a brand-new, contemporary villa completed in 2026, located in the peaceful village of Markoulata, just a few minutes from the picturesque harbour of Fiskardo. Professionally managed by Ionian Reserve, the villa combines modern architecture, elegant design, and premium amenities, offering an exceptional holiday experience in one of the most beautiful areas of northern Kefalonia.
Spanning approximately 150 sq.m., the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is thoughtfully designed over two levels. The ground floor features a bright open-plan living room with a Smart TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The first floor offers two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and another with two single beds, along with a second bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Both bedrooms have direct access to a spacious furnished balcony, where guests can enjoy panoramic sea views and breathtaking sunsets over the Ionian Sea.
