Credit Card Payments The name on the credit card and the reservation must be the same, or special authorization forms will apply. Guests should hold the same credit card that was used in their reservation in order to successfully complete their check-in in the hotel. The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the amount of booking at any time. The Hotel will not accept requests for reversal of cancellation fees under any circumstances, including but not limited to: double bookings, rejected visas, travel changes, personal matters, wrong hotel booking. The rate you have booked your accommodation reflects the specific day of the reservation and is agreed upon you and the Hotel. The hotel's rates are flexible and are subject to change at any time without any further notice. The Hotel is entitled to publish last minute offers without any further notice. This will not affect your reserved rate of your accommodation in any case ( more expensive or cheaper rates). The receipt of the stay is always issued on the check-out day.
