  Terms & House Rules Themis Private Villa Rhodes   These Terms & Conditions form part of the rental agreement between the guest and the property owner. By completing the reservation, guests confirm that they have read, understood and accepted the rules of the property.   General Rules   Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.   Pets are not allowed on the property.   Parties, events or gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval from the Owner.   The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must stay at the property during the entire reservation.   Reservations made under false pretenses will be cancelled immediately and guests may be denied access to the property without refund.   No third-party rentals are allowed.   Occupancy   Maximum occupancy must not exceed the number of guests stated in the reservation.   All guests must be declared at the time of booking.   Children under 18 must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.   Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.   Check-in / Check-out   Check-in: 16:00 – 23:00   Check-out: before 10:00   Late check-out is possible only with prior written approval.   Guests must leave the villa in the same condition as at check-in.   Unauthorized late departure may result in additional charges or penalties.   Address, arrival instructions and access information will be provided a few days before arrival once the reservation balance has been settled.   Property Use   Guests must: • respect the property and its equipment • properly use all appliances and amenities • keep doors, windows and gates closed and locked when leaving the property   Guests are not allowed to access locked storage areas, technical rooms, pump rooms or maintenance areas.   The property includes stairs, balconies, terraces and a swimming pool which may present safety risks. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of children in their group.   Guests are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, equipment or facilities caused during their stay.   Noise Policy   To respect the neighborhood and local regulations, quiet hours apply:   15:00 – 17:30 00:00 – 08:00   Guests must avoid excessive noise during these hours.   Pool Safety   The swimming pool is used at guests’ own risk.   No lifeguard is on duty.   Children must always be supervised by an adult.   Children must never be left unattended near the pool, balconies, stairs or outdoor areas.   The owner and management accept no responsibility for accidents caused by lack of supervision.   Cleaning   The villa is professionally cleaned: • before arrival • after departure   Daily housekeeping service is not included.   Bath towels and pool towels are provided but must not be removed from the property.   We recommend guests use separate beach towels for beach use.   Garbage Disposal   Guests must dispose garbage in the municipal garbage bins located at the exit of the road (Ifestou Street & Pyrras Street).   Garbage should be disposed regularly to maintain hygiene.   Pool Season   The outdoor swimming pool operates from:   1 April – 30 November   Use outside these dates is possible only with prior written approval.   Liability The Owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness or loss of personal belongings that occur while on the premises or using its facilities.   Guests assume full responsibility for their stay and the use of the property.   Security   For security purposes the property is equipped with outdoor security cameras in external areas only.   No cameras are installed inside the house.   Violation of Rules   Violation of house rules or rental agreement conditions may result in:   • immediate termination of the stay • removal from the property • no refund of any payments • forfeiture of the damage deposit   Acceptance of Terms   By confirming and completing the reservation, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted all the Terms & House Rules of Themis Private Villa Rhodes.   The guest agrees that all members of their group will comply with these rules during their stay.   Failure to comply with the Terms & House Rules may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund and possible additional charges.   Final Notice We thank you for your cooperation and wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay at Themis Private Villa Rhodes
