All reservations must be guarantee with ther major credit card. Check-in time is on 15.00 hrs  and Check-out time is 12.00 hrs. Passport or Identification cards of each room guest(s) will be needed upon check-in for security purpose. Room rates include VAT and local taxes unless stated otherwise.Guests are informed in advance of all included services, such as Wi-Fi, breakfast (if applicable), and any extra charges according to the room reservation policies. We will keep a guarantee/hold amount of 100,00€ per stay upon check-in that will be fully returned/released back to the card for damage and/or unpaid extra charges to the property. All cancellation fees are based on the selected policy. Bookings made for minors must include written parental or guardian consent. Pets are allowed only if approved in advance and under the hotel’s pet policy. Guests are financially responsible for: Any damage, theft, or loss caused to the property, equipment, furnishings, or staff by themselves, their visitors, or pets. Damages include but are not limited to: broken items, stained linens, damage to electronics or plumbing, and theft of hotel property. Valuables & Hotel Liability: We strongly advise you to hand over valuable items (e.g., jewelry, electronics, large amounts of cash) to the reception for safekeeping and a receipt. The hotel bears no liability for loss, theft, or damage unless items were officially entrusted and negligence or intent can be proven.
