This astonishing residential complex has four different suites. Nestled among white-washed cave houses and churches, it enjoys the traditional village of Karterados from its private terraces. Originally built in the late 18th century, it served as a wine press and residence. The old “canaves” have been transformed into spacious suites retaining the Cycladic authenticity.

Here the guest will encounter a place of calmness, originality, spirituality, and luxury all in harmony with natural preexisting forms dug into the volcanic soil. Utopia Villas offer a unique hospitality experience, influenced by the island of Santorini with beautiful touches of Cycladic authenticity. Here everything is about ease and our guests only have to slow down and embrace happiness affected by the euphoric vibe of a true utopian setting. This private oasis of wellness and natural beauty, unpretentious and mystical, will offer you a memorable experience.
