F Topia sea view villas, only 3km from Fiscardo, are harmonizing nature with iconic Kefalonia architecture, where supreme luxury effortlessly prevails. F Topia derives from the Greek word εὖτοπία (eftopia -> ef=good + topia=place) that means a good place – a way of good coexistence. F Topia is connected to realism as opposed to Utopia that is idealism and nonexistence.
Nested around an old Threshing circle, these villas are comfortable, dynamic, and minimalist living spaces. We welcome you to experience the true essence of Greek summer!
