General Terms

The Client will deposit to the Host, the amount of 1.950 euros as security for any damage caused to the Premises during the rental term. The Security Deposit has to be paid prior to arrival (at least 30 days) by wire transfer to the bank account of the Host. Within 5 days of the termination of the rental (and the Client vacating the Premises), the Host will refund to the Client the entirety of the security deposit funds, provided that the Premises (and all the equipment and furniture) have not incurred wear and tear beyond the ordinary, and/or the has not suffered any other loss. In case the Client violates any of the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement the Host has the right to keep the deposit as a penalty. The Client shall be also liable for any and/all loss or damage caused to the Host.
