Alisaris, a word that reflects the pure character of Santorini; the volcanic pumice stone of the caldera, tough yet flexible, simple yet beautiful. Traditional houses were carved in the alisaris stone, shaped into cave-like homes, cozy and welcoming. These pristine, fluid shaped buildings adorn the volcanic caldera like an endless radiant sculpture and beckon all visitors to indulge in a unique way of living.

Today, Alisaris Cave Suites, two authentic cave-houses dating back to the early 1900s on the caldera of Oia, have been transformed in a lavish holiday accommodation proposal. These genuine Santorinian homes were fully renovated and redesigned to express the contemporary essence of island living, a modern take on luxury and comfort inspired by the mesmerizing tranquillity of the caldera. Step into a lavish accommodation experience that blends exclusivity, indulgence and superb views to the sea. A unique experience made of Santorini itself for you to enjoy all year long!
